Cook black sesame seed, oatmeal, and millet together. Add 3 tbsp of the mixture to 1 cup of soy milk. 

Using a soy milk machine: 45 g soaked (24 hr, preferably 48 hr) soy bean, 25 g black sesame seed, 25 g oatmeal, and 25 g millet.
