Recipe: Yu Ling Gao

Ingredients: Gui Yuan, American Ginseng. 

  1. Add Gui Yuan and American Ginseng to a bowl (ratio 10:1). Put the bowl in a steamer or slow cooker. Steam for 40 hrs. 
  2. Refrigerate it. Eat one spoonful in the morning and at night. You can also add some warm water to it and drink it.
